Do Not Sell My Personal Information

AI Port does not sell your personal information.

We have never sold personal information in the past, we do not currently sell personal information, and we have no plans to sell personal information in the future.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), a "sale" is defined broadly as:

"Selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration."

This definition is broader than a traditional sale and can include certain types of data sharing. AI Port does not engage in these activities.

While we don't sell your information, we do share it in limited circumstances:

• AI Model Providers: We send your prompts to Anthropic and OpenAI to generate responses (necessary to provide the Service)
• Service Providers: We share data with vendors who help operate the Service (payment processing, hosting)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law

These types of sharing are not considered "sales" under CCPA because:

• They are necessary to provide the Service you requested
• Service providers are contractually prohibited from using data for their own purposes
• No monetary consideration is exchanged for the data itself

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

• Right to Know: Request information about the personal information we've collected about you
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to exceptions)
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the "sale" of personal information (not applicable as we don't sell)
• Right to Non-Discrimination: Receive equal service even if you exercise your privacy rights

• Include: Your name, email, and specific request

We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days (or notify you if we need more time).

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must:

• Provide proof of authorization (signed permission)
• Verify their own identity
• We may also require you to verify your identity directly

Similar privacy laws exist in other states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah). While this page focuses on California law, our practices align with these other state requirements:

• We do not sell personal information under any state's definition
• You have rights to access, delete, and correct your information
• You can opt out of targeted advertising (we don't do targeted advertising)
