You may not:

• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our Service

• Service Disruption: Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service

While AI Port provides tools, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with intellectual property laws.

AI Port should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Legal advice or representation
• Financial or investment advice
• Mental health counseling or therapy

Always consult qualified professionals for these matters. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate.

If you encounter content or activities that violate this AUP, please report them to us immediately:

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of account without refund
• Legal action if required by law

The severity of the response depends on the nature and severity of the violation.

AI Port uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI). Your use must also comply with their acceptable use policies:

These providers may independently enforce their policies, which could affect your use of AI Port.
